Planning for Harvest Day 2023

June is the right time to begin planning for your harvest day and fermentation schedules. We’ll discuss grapes available in the Sierra Foothills AVA, harvest day selection, yeast choices and your equipment needs to plan for a successful and productive harvest. Social begins at 6:30pm, the event at 7:00pm.
